Bad customer service

After reclaiming the missing connecting piece from the shelf from the customer service, that was completely processed after a week after a week on my demand and after another week I received the parts yesterday. The product was otherwise okay, but good service is also part of it.

Structure of the shelf is virtually impossible alone. The parts are hard to attach.
Some had to extend the eyelets with the pliers so that the components fit together.
Although the shelf is practical and offers plenty of space for garden tools and other utensils, but is unstable overall. So only recommended on even and solid soil.
It holds (certainly a lot of) under a heavy duty regal (1600kg) but one makes a little more stable for the price. Price / performance is acceptable for size B / H / H / T 150/200/80.

Fast delivery of the shelf (200 x 150 x 80 cm), installation without further auxiliary person, perfect stand and stability as criteria for quality are well fulfilled! I will order further shelves of this kind after this first test.
