However, the "in stock" can be seen only for no-dimensioned rugs (I have formulated in such a way in the terms and conditions, however, not found, there is only the following mentioned "without special labeling and" available "or" in stock ", Will be sent to the purchaser within 24 hours after receipt of the order ... ") carpets that are tailored are delivered within 7-10 business days. Nevertheless, as a customer, as a customer, Prime etc. is spoiled a bit, which is why it's fine, waiting for a carpet (but then it should be noticed when ordering, because no customer feels "lied" if When ordering "Delivery time: 7-10 working days" to be read).

What's displeased, and you can also read that in other reviews is the communication of the company. This is partly so bad that as a customer, one has the feeling, one fell on a dubious, non-existent company. By phone you do not have to try this company to achieve the time you can save. Also, the fact that the same address 4 or 5 carpet companies are not logged in improves the impression. If you have any questions only with standardized answers, there is no contact, returning is laboriously, customer service, e.g. a non-functioning customer account is not available.
